  • Features:

    Variable feed speed of saw carriage:
    • The saw carriage feed forward speed is controlled by a high performance frequency inverter for variable speed change. This makes the machine ideal for various cutting conditions.
    Floating Tables:
    • The floating tables employ high pressure blower for supplying powerful air to floating tables. The high pressure floating features increases heavy loading capacity of the floating tables. Effortless panel infeed is achieved by means of light pushing.
    • Floating tables are standard equipment.
    Shortened distance between clamps and cutting path:
    • The pressure beam is specially designed. The pressure plates on the pressure beam have slots allowing clamps close to cutting path.
    • Minimum distance between clamp and cutting path is 41 mm. The benefit is you get full utilization of panel and reduced material waste.
    Side pressure device:
    • The side pressure device automatically pushes panels against the fence. It provides high squareness accuracy for panel cutting.
    • The side pressure device travel is driven by an independent motor. The entire motions of side pressing are computer controlled.
    Saw carriage driven by rack/gear:
    • The saw carriage is driven by a 2HP motor and transmitted through gear and rack mechanism.
    • The outstanding transmission design assures smooth feed motions even under heavy cutting condition.
    High positioning accuracy of feed servo motor drive
    • The feed system is driven by a Japan Mitsubish servo motor, that exhibits outstanding features, such as fast motion and high positioning accuracy. This results in high accuracy of cutting sizes.
    Automatic lubricator:
    • The linear guide ways on both sides of the feed system are automatically lubricated by an automatic lubricator.
    • The automatic lubrication not only ensures smooth feed motions, but also prevents linear guide ways from damage due to lack of lubrication oil.
    Pressure beam elevates synchronously:
    • The pressure beam elevation is driven by air cylinders combined with transmission by gear/rack mechanism.
    Computer controller:
    • Colorful touch sensing screen features convenient and fast program editing and easy operations.
    • 200 sets of programs memory capacity for cutting various sizes.
