Innovative crank arm drive feeding mechanism
1. The specially designed feeding mechanism is driven by two crank arms, that delivers wood from loader to the cutting area at a high speed.
2. Simplified feed transmission not only reduces non-cutting time, but also minimizes trouble.
3. The wood feeding mechanism is mounted with precision linear motion guides to achieve extra stable and smooth feed motions.
Automatic lubricator
The auto lubricator deliver proper amount of lubrication oil to all linear motion guides, keeping all travelling motions smooth at all times.
Throw-away type cutterhead (standard accessory)
The right and left spindles are fitted with one each throw away type cutterhead, allowing for simultaneously cutting tenons at both ends of wood.

90mm Throw away type tungsten carbide knife inserts
Both cutterheads use tungsten carbide knife inserts to save knife sharpening time.
Tilting tenoning head
The tenoning head can be tilted ±45° to suit wood curvature. Adjusting angle is made by simply trning a handwheel.
